Leaf Plus Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Karawang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
