📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover and minimize waste.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends and customer preferences.
• Proficient in using sales and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
