📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the costing processes, including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
• Analyze cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, including cost of goods sold (COGS) reports, cost allocation reports, and cost variance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor cost performance to meet financial targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and financial management.
• Provide costing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting and financial management, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
