📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Glassdoor.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are selected.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven experience in using recruitment software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
