📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the jewellery industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
