Urban Pearl Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support in financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience looking to gain practical knowledge in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable.,Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.,Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a similar role).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
