📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.,Passion for coffee and food service industry.
