📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices to improve project performance and efficiency.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to project teams, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Mentoring and developing junior project management staff to build a strong and capable team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience in a remote work environment and a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
