📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure that quality assurance efforts are aligned with project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in QA leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
