Manage and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.,Resolve tenant issues and disputes promptly and effectively.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor tenant activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to address tenant concerns and provide timely solutions.,Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on tenant performance and compliance metrics.,Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tenant relations best practices.,Represent the company in tenant meetings and negotiations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
