📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure the timely and efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
• Develop and implement safety and quality management systems.
• Train and mentor site personnel to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
