📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
