📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Use CleanMaster and Housekeeping Pro software to manage cleaning schedules and track tasks.
• Ensure all cleaning areas meet established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining guest rooms for check-in and check-out.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and high standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with CleanMaster and Housekeeping Pro software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
