In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace and supporting the Supervisor in various tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and transactions.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Support the Supervisor in managing inventory and supplies.,Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role.,Proven ability to work well in a team and individually.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
