📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and organize banquet menus, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and organized manner.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and delivered on time.,Set up and decorate banquet areas, ensuring they are ready for guests.,Greet and assist guests, providing excellent customer service throughout the event.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.,Handle any issues or problems that may arise during the event, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.,Clean and reset banquet areas after the event, ensuring they are ready for the next use.,Maintain accurate records of banquet orders, payments, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a banquet or catering role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
