As Group Insurance Programmes Lead, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, actuaries, IT, and sales. Your day-to-day tasks will involve programme planning, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and ensuring programme delivery meets all requirements and deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and manage end-to-end group insurance programmes from conception to implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive programme documentation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Ensure programme delivery meets all quality, time, and budget requirements.
• Leverage project management tools like MS Project and JIRA.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group insurance.
• Provide regular programme status updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in group insurance programme management.
• Proven track record in managing complex insurance programmes.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with insurance software and systems like SAP, Guidewire, or similar.
