PT Media Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in retail or customer service.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Professional and courteous demeanor.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
