Store Market Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Cikarang. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
