📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure for cross-border retail operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for retail systems.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect our data and systems.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and software, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on IT systems and tools.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless IT operations across borders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on retail or cross-border operations.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT management certifications are a plus.
