The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and development.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.,Experience in managing and leading a team of finance professionals.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
