In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all tests and analyses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure the accuracy and quality of all test results and analyses, adhering to industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes and quality control.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into the overall hotel operations.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate reports and present findings to management.,Understanding of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 17025.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and environmental compliance.
