📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends, products, and services.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
