City Pearl Group is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and develop the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Manage the store's budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated amount.,Report to the regional manager on a regular basis to discuss sales performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
