📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at job fairs and career events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
