📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Assist in training and supporting new team members.,Monitor and report sales performance, and ensure targets are met.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be able to work remote and have reliable internet connection.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
