📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the organization's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants.
  • Provide financial support to the Commission's programs and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external audits.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit or government organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the principles of ethical and responsible financial management.
