📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, including accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of financial data.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.
