📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
