📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and IT Telecommunication sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Develop and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure contracts and drive sales growth
• Manage high-value accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client needs
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities
• Leverage CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track client interactions and sales progress
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the Oil & Gas or IT Telecommunication sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
