📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Take customer orders and ensure accurate billing
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
