📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire injection molding process, from design to production, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding engineering.
• Proven experience with injection molding machines and software, such as Moldflow, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
