📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive postpartum care to new mothers and their babies, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with breastfeeding.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum recovery, including signs of complications and preventive measures.
• Perform routine check-ups and follow-up visits to ensure the health of both the mother and the baby.
• Document all patient interactions and medical procedures accurately in the hospital's electronic health record system (EHR).
• Collaborate with the obstetrics team to ensure seamless care transitions and follow-up appointments.
• Assist in managing the postpartum unit, including cleaning and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in postpartum care or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIPP) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EHR) such as SIMRS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
