📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.
• Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and provide support and guidance.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Organize team-building activities and social events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR and workplace culture.
• Work closely with our HR team to ensure that our policies and procedures are effective and employee-friendly.
• Represent JLL at industry events and conferences to share our best practices and learn from others.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
