As the Bar and Beverage Manager at De Tiger, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering an exceptional cocktail experience that reflects the hotel’s rich heritage and modern sophistication. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cocktail menu that highlights the unique flavors and ingredients of Indonesian and international spirits.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Oversee the operation of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s management team to develop and promote special events and promotions.
• Monitor sales and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bar management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume bar or beverage program.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems such as Micros, Upserve, or similar.
• Certification in Food and Beverage Safety (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
