📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational excellence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using SAP and other HRIS systems.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead employee relations activities and conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
